Lead by example will be the key attribute desired for the role\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nResponsible for day to day operational performance\nTo lead the team as one coherent unit and deliver as per SLAs.\nEnsuring KPI / SLA Fulfillment related to Network Surveillance.\nEnsuring high motivation level of team resources\nProviding Technical guidance and Leadership to the team members\nTo be able to interface with Interface with the other organizational entities like Circle team NPI, NPO, Optimization, SRF, FO, Projects, 3PP, Customer Support, Customer etc\nTo handle and analyze Trouble Tickets and recommend timely actions and solutions to Trouble Tickets when necessary.\nTo ensure new nodes are integrated as per the standardized processes.\nTo predict man-power requirements\nSLA reporting for Ticket. (Response & resolution)\nRegular follow up on the events with relevant departments working on it as per the MSTOP process\nTo plan & perform all the shift operational activities.\nTo support and implement MSTOP processes.\nTo act as a planned work coordinator for emergency requests beyond normal office hours\n\nCandidate Prerequisites:\nEducation: Degree in Bachelor of Engineering\nIndustry Experience:\nAt least 1.5 years’ experience in Telecom. Significant part of this experience must be in to Telecom Network\nHaving completed at least 18 months in current role.\nCertifications: ITIL / CCNA/JNCIA/CCIP will be additional advantage\nTechnical and/or functional skills: GSM & CDMA Knowledge, Telecom Service Network, Service Application characteristics, Implementation & integration of processes.
