This role is responsible for coordinating, supporting, and executing first-level proactive and reactive operational activities to ensure customer services remain continuously available and perform within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The role provides 24/7 surveillance and monitoring across all in-scope services and infrastructure components, with a strong focus on service availability, network performance, operational stability, and automated operations. Human intervention is primarily required for exception management, escalations, and critical operational events.\nThis oppurtunity is open exclusively to Saudi nationals in line with our Saudization initiatives.\nWhat you will do:\nPerform 24/7 monitoring of services, networks, alarms, events, and performance indicators to ensure operations remain within agreed SLAs.\nConduct first-level investigation and analysis to identify root causes of operational issues and proactively anticipate potential service-impacting disruptions.\nSupervise automated recovery processes and validate service restoration activities.\nManage the full incident ticket lifecycle, including identification, creation, updates, routing, tracking, escalation, and closure.\nPerform first-level fault management, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance support, escalating critical or unresolved issues to higher support levels.\nCoordinate with Field Operations teams for onsite maintenance and fault resolution in line with SLA and KPI commitments.\nSupport preventive maintenance, planned work execution, and change monitoring activities within approved operational scope.\nSupport customer experience monitoring, assess complaint trends, and contribute to operational improvement initiatives.\nPrepare operational reports, incident reports, and performance summaries.\nPerform remote access control, logical access management, and support access provisioning during critical incidents and changes.\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure service continuity and operational compliance.\nYou will bring:\nBSc in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent.\n0-2 years of experience in the telecom industry.\nTelecom or IP-related certifications are considered an advantage.\nGood knowledge of GSM, WCDMA, LTE, and telecom service network architectures.\nUnderstanding of service performance indicators, KPI frameworks, degradation analysis, and troubleshooting methodologies.\nKnowledge of telecom switching principles, transport networks, traffic concepts, and value-added services.\nBasic understanding of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, automation, and Cloud technologies.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nExcellent teamwork, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nAbility to work effectively under pressure in a shift-based operational environment.\nProactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.\nCommitment to ethics, compliance, and organizational values.\nFluency in English.\nWhy join Ericsson?
