In this role, you will monitor applications and service performance, respond to incidents, and coordinate with stakeholders to support timely restoration and maintain service quality.\nWhat you will do:\nMonitor applications end to end, including alarms, performance graphs, and dashboards.\nTriage alarms and investigate deviations using the relevant monitoring tools.\nHandle customer calls and emails, and manage user access in application nodes and GUIs.\nCreate trouble tickets for observed deviations and assign them to the appropriate teams for fault restoration.\nCreate emergency change requests when required during major or critical incidents, and raise problem tickets after restoration when appropriate.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to expedite the restoration of major and critical incidents.\nAcknowledge customer communications and complete ticketing and other activities in accordance with SLA requirements.\nContribute as a fast learner and team player by sharing knowledge, developing new skills, and delivering high-quality work on time.\nThe skills you bring:\n1-2 years of experience in the IT or telecommunications industry.\nA degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent field.\nBasic knowledge of Linux, DevOps concepts including Kubernetes, log analysis, and APIs.\nExposure to application monitoring and ticket handling.\nFamiliarity with monitoring and ticketing tools such as ITSM OneFM, Grafana, ELK, or CloudWatch.\nBasic knowledge of SQL queries and IP networking.\nKnowledge of wallet or financial platforms.\nFamiliarity with incident, request, and change workflows.\nGood written and verbal communication skills.\nITIL Foundation certification is preferred.\nWhy join Ericsson?
