You will work in a team focused on developing and contributing to systemization for next-generation Radio Access Network products, with emphasis on baseband algorithms, signal processing, and multi-antenna systems. Success in this role will be demonstrated by delivering high-quality technical contributions, supporting robust system solutions, and helping improve network performance and efficiency toward product goals.\nWhat you will do:\nContribute to systemization for next-generation Radio Access Network products by supporting system requirements, technical studies, and feature development\nDevelop, analyze, optimize radio resource management (RRM/L2) algorithms, with focus on Energy performance, MIMO, and beamforming strategies\nPerform link-level and network-level system studies to evaluate wireless network performance and efficiency for 5G/6G technologies\nDevelop and refine software simulations and tools to assess design alternatives and support technical decision-making\nCollaborate with cross-functional and global teams to support system integration, alignment across technical areas, and successful feature delivery\nSupport standardization-related investigations and contribute technical input in relevant internal and external forums\nCreate and maintain systemization artifacts such as requirements, analysis reports, and architectural input that support product development and feature integration\nThe skills you bring:\nRelevant experience in wireless systems, preferably including 5G and emerging 6G technologies\nGood foundation in communications theory, digital signal processing, MIMO, and beamforming\nAnalytical and structured problem-solving mindset, with curiosity and willingness to learn\nExperience with simulation tools and environments for performance evaluation\nAbility to collaborate across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams\nEducation: BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a closely related discipline\nAI and ML experience for both product development and AI in product solutions\nNice-to-Have Skills:\nAgile/Lean product development practices\nStrong interpersonal skills and cross-team collaboration capabilities\nLeadership experience \nWhy join Ericsson?
