The role is part of customer team and work in customer premises or remotely for the customer wherever possible.\nWhat you will do\nPresales and Analysis: Responsible for analyzing, designing & developing commercially viable end-to-end technical IT BSS solutions for the customers. Develop technical presentations and proposals, and perform customer presentations. Stay abreast of on new technology/technical areas and share information about solution to enable customer build.\nIntegration: Configuration and integration of Ericsson’s DMP solution (work with the customer on-site or from the back-office as a member of the implementation team)\nDevelopment: Design, develop adapters and interfaces on the Billing, EOC/ECM APIs and tools. Participation on business configuration in accordance to customer's service contract.\nSupport: Assist the local support team on investigating technical problems on DMP, troubleshoot systems that are in operation and if requested, participate in the remedy of systems in case of critical situations.\nThe skills you bring:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.\nMore than 5 years of experience in Telecom IT BSS/OSS (OrderCare/Catalog, Billing, Mediation or Charging platforms)\nExposure to Ericsson Billing/BSCS or Ericsson OrderCare/CatalogManager and secondary on Ericsson Mediation or Charging would be a plus\nPositive attitude with a passion to win.\nAbility to perform in a multi-tasking and team-oriented environment\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively across teams\nAbility to engage with the customer, deliver results & meet customer expectations\nGeneral \"open source\" knowledge, \"hands on\" approach and a \"can do\" attitude\nFluency in Bulgarian and English.\nRequired European Union (EU) Work Permit/Residency.\nTechnical skills:\nGood knowledge on some of the following:\nOracle database system administration and PL/SQL development\nJava/JavaScript and the relevant ecosystems (tools and APIs)\nXML/HTTP, HTML, JSON, BPML Workflows, WSDL and Web Services/SOAP/REST APIs and frameworks\nShell scripting experience, Python and Groovy scripting languages\nDevelopment environment Velocity Studio, Eclipse\nLinux system administration\nExperience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices.\nAgile, devops and CI/CD methodologies\nExposure to open-source technologies\nGood GSM and Telecom IT understanding\nExperience with technical trouble shooting\nWhy join Ericsson?
