In this role, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end technical solutions across cross-functional and multi-platform systems while ensuring alignment with business requirements, IT strategy, and architectural standards.\nYou will work closely with developers, solution architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional squads to support integration initiatives, solution design, and continuous improvement activities. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong technical understanding, and the ability to bridge business and technology needs effectively.\nWhat you will do\nDeliver end-to-end technical solutions for integrated applications and systems\nSupport technical architecture activities and contribute to end-to-end solution design\nPrepare and document detailed solution design specifications and technical documentation\nAnalyze, validate, and clarify business and technical requirements for assigned projects\nProvide technical and financial input for solutions, including effort estimations, constraints, dependencies, and assumptions\nCollaborate with squads to achieve sprint goals, KPIs, and delivery targets\nMaintain Integration Domain product roadmaps and target architecture together with Solution Architects\nManage collaboration and communication with IT teams and other stakeholders\nIdentify opportunities for innovation, optimization, and continuous improvement within the Integration Domain\nProactively address challenges and contribute to improving processes and technical solutions\nSupport development teams by guiding solution alignment and integration best practices\nThe skills you bring\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field\nMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Business Analysis, Solution Design, or Software Development environments\nStrong command of written and spoken English\nStrong knowledge of software architecture, design principles, and development technologies\nExperience with event-driven architecture and distributed systems\nHands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, SOAP, REST, and Web Services\nExperience with CI/CD and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Nexus, and API Gateway solutions\nKnowledge of messaging and caching technologies including Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Redis\nExperience with databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB\nFamiliarity with Agentic AI concepts, MCP, and Large Language Models (LLMs)\nUnderstanding of Agile methodologies and delivery-focused ways of working\nStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills\nAbility to work collaboratively in cross-functional and fast-paced environments\nKnowledge and experience in Telecommunications concepts and services is considered an advantage\nWhy join Ericsson?
