Our scope includes internal and external communications, digital communications, event management, and Brand and Visual Identity management.\nThis role will strengthen the team’s capacity by addressing current resourcing needs and bringing new technology capabilities to our new media operations. In particular, the role will help expand our use of AI and digital tools, enhance our digital communication capabilities, and respond to rapidly growing business needs.\nWhat you will do:\nOperate and develop multimedia and digital communication channels, including internal corporate channels, WeChat Official Account, WeChat Channels and other relevant platforms.\nPlan, shoot, edit and deliver high-quality photos and videos for internal and external communications, events, campaigns and business storytelling.\nDevelop video concepts, scripts and storyboards, and manage the end-to-end production process from brief to final delivery.\nCreate clear and engaging communications content, including announcements, newsletters, success stories, campaign materials and event communications.\nSupport business functions by translating communication needs into effective content plans and engaging visual stories.\nProduce and adapt content in both English and Chinese, ensuring consistent messaging and a high standard of editorial quality\nThe skills you bring:\nStrong hands-on capability in photography, video shooting, video editing, image retouching and visual content production.\nDemonstrated experience operating digital or corporate media channels, such as internal enterprise channels, WeChat Official Account, WeChat Channels or similar platforms.\nAbility to develop video concepts, scripts and storyboards, and independently complete content production from planning to delivery.\nExperience creating Chinese and English communications content, including announcements, newsletters, success stories and campaign messages.\nProficiency in PowerPoint, Photoshop and relevant editing, design and content-production
