In this role, you will contribute to the design, implementation, integration, verification and maintenance of software solutions used in Ericsson's Radio Access Network products.\nYou will work in a highly collaborative environment, developing software for large-scale telecom systems while driving automation, software quality, continuous integration and engineering excellence. The role combines software development, troubleshooting, system understanding and close cooperation with global development teams.\nAbout the role\nDesign, develop and maintain software components for Controller 6610 products and supporting applications\nAnalyze, investigate and troubleshoot complex software and system-level issues\nParticipate in feature development throughout the entire software lifecycle, from requirements to delivery\nDevelop and improve automated testing, verification and CI/CD workflows\nContribute to software quality, maintainability and continuous improvements of the engineering environment\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams located in multiple Ericsson sites worldwide\nWork with modern development tools,\nSupport software integration, system verification and release activities\nYou will bring\nBSc or MSc degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronics or related technical field\nStrong software development skills in C++, Java and/or Python\nGood understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems\nExperience with AI-assisted development tools and automation agents\nExperience with software design, implementation, integration and testing\nFamiliarity with Git version control system and collaborative development practices\nUnderstanding of CI/CD concepts and software automation\nStrong analytical and problem-solving
