This includes deep hands-on work in Kubernetes platforms, Cloud-Native networking, Rook/Ceph storage, and CNF onboarding for 5G core networks and telecom workloads.\nKey Responsibilities:\n CNIS Deployment & Operations\nInstall and configure CNIS platforms on bare-metal or virtual infrastructure.\nSet up and manage ECCD/Kubernetes clusters using tools like Rancher (RKE2), CEE, or kubeadm.\nConfigure CNI plugins (Multus, Calico, SR-IOV) and CSI drivers (Rook/Ceph).\nManage Day to Day operations for CNFs including Helm deployments, scaling, and upgrades and troubleshooting for existing opration Issues.\nInfrastructure & Storage\nManage Rook-Ceph clusters and troubleshoot persistent storage issues.\nMonitor hardware health (compute/storage/network) and ensure infrastructure compliance.\nSupport cluster high availability, resilience, and performance tuning.\nSyslog, PKI Knowledge and experience.\nNetworking & Security\nHands on experience on SDI/Juniper/Extreme SLX switches.\nConfigure pod and service networking, BGP peering, VLAN/VXLAN overlays, and L2/L3 IP planning.\nImplement and audit network policies, RBAC, and security postures using standard Kubernetes practices.\nIntegrate LDAP/Keycloak/SSO for user authentication and IAM.\nHands on on ESM.\nMonitoring & Troubleshooting\nIntegrate Prometheus/Grafana, EFK/ELK or Loki for observability.\nUse kubectl, ceph, and Linux tools for troubleshooting nodes, pods, storage, and networking.\nAnalyse CNF behaviour during failures and generate RCA documentation.\nUse Netcool & OMC for monitoring.\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n 4-12 years of experience in cloud-native infrastructure or telco platforms.\nStrong hands-on in Kubernetes (certifications like CKA/CNCF preferred).\nExpertise in:\nCNIs (Multus, Calico, SR-IOV)\nStorage (Rook/Ceph, CSI)\nLinux (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu)\nNetworking (L2/L3, BGP, VLAN, IPAM, Juniper/Extreme Switches)\nExperience with:\nHelm, YAML, Git\nEricsson tools: ENM, CENX, EO-EVNFM, OMC & ESM.\nFamiliarity with Ericsson CNIS framework is strongly preferred.\nAll academic credentials must be from recognized and accredited institutions and are further subject to verification.\nWhy join Ericsson?
