Due to strict deadlines across the organization, we perform our tasks in the most efficient way possible while maintaining accuracy and necessary strong partnership across the Group.\nWhat you will do\n-Independently prepare compensation entries and department allocations (such as salary, bonus and benefits).\n-Verify third party payroll data integrity by identifying errors / unexpected trends in accounting data to improve accuracy\n- Preparation of Account Reconciliations in support of the financial statments\n-Investigate and resolve reconciliation variances on a timely basis\n-Analytical reviews of compensation accounts\nWhat you will bring\n- Demonstrated experience creating financial spreadsheets, charts and reports\n- Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills with ability to confidentlyand effectively communicate to all levels of the company\n- Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment\n- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.\n- Experience extracting statistical and informative reports from a financial system.\n- Analytical skills to evaluate and interpret financial information\n- Knowledge of accounting and related data management systems,\n- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines\nWhat is required for application\n- Bachelor Degree required\n- Minimum 2 - 4+ years required in Corporate Accounting\n- CPA Preferred\n- Oracle Fusion, Smartview experience Preferred (Multi facit accounting software I.e.
