You will manage complex delivery programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful outcomes across scope, schedule, quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.\nYou will also own Fulfillment Assignment Specifications (FAS), ensure alignment between contractual commitments and delivery, and uphold Ericsson’s governance, compliance, security, privacy, legal, financial, and Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety (E+OHS) requirements.\nWhat You Will Do\nLead end-to-end customer projects from pre-sales CFR activities through delivery, acceptance, and closure.\nTranslate contract commitments into clear delivery plans, milestones, responsibilities, and success criteria.\nDevelop, secure approval for, and execute comprehensive project plans.\nLead the introduction and integration of new hardware with customer networks, processes, and systems.\nOwn FAS activities and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant fulfillment.\nManage customer expectations through clear communication, governance, and regular executive-level updates.\nBuild trusted relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.\nIdentify and resolve delivery issues, dependencies, risks, and conflicts proactively.\nGovern project financials and drive performance against target Unadjusted Margin.\nControl scope, schedule, quality, costs, and change throughout the project lifecycle.\nEnsure compliance with Ericsson policies, customer requirements, legal and financial guidelines, data security and privacy standards, and E+OHS requirements.\nMaintain accurate project documentation, including status reports, decisions, meeting records, risks, actions, and configurations.\nEnsure reliable project data and reporting to support timely decision-making.\nDrive continuous improvement, automation, and standardized delivery practices.\nWhat You Will Bring\nBachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering, telecommunications, information technology, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.\nSignificant experience managing complex customer projects, preferably within telecommunications, technology, or network infrastructure.\nProven experience leading hardware introduction, integration, rollout, or transformation programs.\nStrong understanding of project governance, service delivery, commercial commitments, and project finance.\nDemonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders, negotiate outcomes, and resolve complex issues.\nStrong customer focus with a consultative approach and sound business judgment.\nExperience with project management methodologies, tools, risk management, and change control.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting.\nAbility to lead diverse, cross-functional teams in a global environment.\nCore Competencies\nCustomer and stakeholder management\nProject leadership and delivery governance\nFinancial, contract, and margin management\nRisk, issue, change, and conflict management\nNegotiation and problem-solving\nService delivery and customer insight\nProcess improvement, automation, and data-driven reporting\nWhy join Ericsson?
