The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of transforming data into meaningful business insights.\nWhat you will do:\nDeliver standard & new measure/analysis Drive Continuous Service and process Improvement (CSI).\nTranslate business requirement in analytics.\nIdentify new measures /improvement.\nMaintain/upgrade existing measures/analysis.\nPresent large amounts of information in ways that are universally understandable or easy to interpret and spot patterns, trends and correlations. \nPerform analytics leadership.\nBe a coach for other Data Analysts. Lead and direct a team of data scientists and engineers.\nDevelop processes and methodologies for envisioning analytics as a practice.\nThe skills you bring:\nBachelors / master’s degree in engineering. Degree in computer science or related disciplines.\nRelevant 6+ yrs of experience in analytics and development activity.\nAcumen for business flow understanding and expertise in data preparation and pre-processing.\nTelecommunication knowledge would be a plus.\nExcel/Access knowledge, including VBA programming (to manage / develop custom reports).\nProgramming languages (e.g. C#, .NET, Java etc.) would be a plus.\nSQL, PL/SQL, SQL Server, SSIS knowledge and experience.\nExperience with Tableau, Power BI or any other visualization tool.\nPHP would be an advantage (to manage / develop portal).\nNew wave programming for machine learning - like Python would be considered a plus.\nAgentic AI, Python, GCP (BQ) and Knowledge of Operations are the primary competence needed.\nNote- All academic credentials must be from recognized and accredited institutions and are further subject to verification.\nWhat happens once you apply?Click Here to find all you need to know about what our typical hiring process looks like.We encourage you to consider applying to jobs where you might not meet all the criteria.
