Find out more about the Early Career Program.\nYour journey within the Innovate Program will start as a Data & AI Engineer, supporting AI-enabled engineering and data solutions for Radio R&D.\nWhat you will do:\nApply data and AI to practical Radio product-development challenges, improving engineering productivity, knowledge management, automation, and data-driven decision-making.\n\nHelp build and evaluate AI-powered tools, agents, and machine-learning solutions-including Generative AI and RAG-for Radio R&D workflows across software, hardware, and system engineering.\n\nCollect, process, and analyze engineering data; support data pipelines and analytics platforms; and develop dashboards that give teams actionable insights while maintaining data quality and governance.\n\nCollaborate with Radio domain experts to identify use cases and contribute to AI-enabled improvements in engineering analysis, design, testing, and knowledge discovery for 5G and future 6G.\n\nShare findings with the team and continue developing your expertise in AI, data engineering, and Radio technologies.\n\nJob Description\nYou will bring:\nWe provide a platform; what you contribute and the impact you drive is what matters.
