You will help build machine learning models, predictive analytics, and GenAI-powered applications such as intelligent agents, supported by the reliable data foundations that make them possible.\nWhat You Will Do\n- Develop machine learning models and predictive analytics that improve operational efficiency across Ericsson Packet Core.\n- Build and experiment with generative AI applications, including intelligent agents that automate tasks such as log analysis and technical requirements search.\n- Turn analytical insights into KPI dashboards and reusable data products that support data-driven decision-making.\n- Contribute to the data pipelines and data platform that feed and support these models and AI solutions.\n- Help establish scalable, reliable, and reusable data science and AI capabilities that can be adopted across Ericsson Packet Core.\nThe Skills You Bring\nWe expect you to have:\n- Working knowledge of Python\n- Foundations in data science and machine learning (e.g., model training, evaluation, optimization)\n- Strong interest in generative AI and agentic systems (e.g., agent building, knowledge graphs)\n- Working knowledge of SQL and basic data modelling\n- Ability to work in a team, collaborate effectively and contribute to shared team goals\n- Familiarity with the agile way of working\n- An open and innovative mindset that adapts easily to change\n- English proficiency, both written and spoken\n- A degree in Data Science, Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, or a related field\nNice to have (you'll learn the rest with us):\n- Exposure to data visualization tools\n- Exposure to data pipelines and ETL processes (e.g. Airflow)\n- Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux systems\n- Understanding of query optimization\n- Generative AI in depth - agent creation, knowledge graphs, RAG, and vector databases\n- Agentic AI frameworks and MCP basics\n- Advanced machine learning and optimization techniques\n- Exposure to CI/CD Pipelines\n- Platform engineering, preferably Kubernetes, Docker\n- Data and application security and governance\n- NoSQL databases\n- Basic knowledge of building and maintaining Helm charts\nDeadline: 26.10.2026\nWhy join Ericsson?
