This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of large-scale software development, focusing on the database domain in near real-time telecom systems.\nYou will join a highly experienced team consisting of a SW Development Test Lead, a SW Development Design Lead, and senior developers with deep software development expertise. The team is responsible for developing, integrating, verifying, and maintaining business-critical solutions that support next-generation telecommunications services.\nThis role offers a broad technical scope and the opportunity to work across the full development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and software design to verification, troubleshooting, and tool development. As you grow in the role, several technical career paths will be available, enabling you to deepen your technical expertise and expand your impact.\nWhat you will do:\nAnalyze product and system requirements.Design and develop software for Charging and 5G platforms.\nContribute to database-related development in near real-time systems.\nPerform software integration and verification activities.\nDesign and develop tools that improve development efficiency and quality.Troubleshoot product issues and support problem resolution.\nCollaborate closely with developers, technical leads, and cross-functional teams.\nContribute to continuous improvements in development practices, quality, and automation.\nParticipate in the evolution of cloud-native solutions and deployment environments.\nThe skills you bring:\nEssential\nTechnical education at university level or equivalent practical experience.\nAt least 3 years of experience in software and product development.\nStrong knowledge and hands-on experience with Java development.\nExperience working in complex software development environments.\nAbility to work across multiple phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, integration, and verification.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.\nEffective collaboration and communication skills.\nPreferred\nKnowledge of Python and Go.\nExperience with Helm, Docker, and Kubernetes.\nFamiliarity with cloud-native application development and deployment.\nExperience with development tools and environments such as Jira, Git, Gerrit, Maven, Spring Boot, and Jenkins.\nKnowledge of telecom systems, Charging systems, or 5G technologies.\nWhat will help you succeed\nEnjoy solving complex technical challenges and working in large-scale distributed systems.\nThrive in an environment where requirements, design, development, integration, and troubleshooting are closely connected.\nHave a continuous learning mindset and an interest in developing deep technical expertise.\nBe motivated by contributing to technologies that shape the future of connectivity.\nWhy join Ericsson?
