values teamwork, respect, and knowledge sharing, and you will help keep our systems reliable in live operation.\nWhat you will do:\nSupport applications in live operation, including on-call support for users, issues, and escalations\nIntegrate microservices and applications using cloud-native architecture\nBuild trust and working relationships with our user community\nAutomate processes and improve system resilience within a DevOps team\nRun performance and benchmarking tests on products under development, analyze results, and recommend system improvements\nTroubleshoot defects and incidents, and follow up resolution with the development team\nEvolve applications toward cloud-native best practices\nThe skills you bring:\nA bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field\nAt least 2 years of system integration and automation experience\nHands-on experience with integration technologies such as Spinnaker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Docker, Helm, REST, and JSON\nExperience supporting products in a DevOps environment, including technical leadership\nGood knowledge of scripting with Bash and Python\nExperience working in a Linux environment\nCloud-native experience, preferably with microservice-based architecture\nExcellent written and verbal English communication skills\nKnowledge of graph databases (Neo4j)\nExperience developing applications with Java and Java-based frameworks, such as Spring Boot\nA passion for learning new technologies and embracing
