You will also be responsible for understanding and implementing business rules and requirements related to customer systems and applications within recurrent business.\nWhat you will do\nSupport the implementation, administration, and operation of applications and systems in test environments.\n\nContribute to the definition and implementation of technical architecture and infrastructure for IT solutions.\n\nSupport application deployment and system/application management activities.\n\nMonitor systems and services proactively, identify potential issues, and support troubleshooting and root cause analysis.\n\nAutomate recurring operational tasks using scripting and automation tools.\n\nSupport containerized environments and related deployment processes.\n\nWork closely with customers and internal stakeholders to understand technical and business requirements.\n\nProactively develop procedures and improvements to prevent outages and reduce their severity.\n\nCreate and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation.\n\nContinuously develop technical knowledge and stay up to date with relevant technologies and practices.\n\nYou will bring\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.\n\nMaximum 2 years of prior experience in application and/or system management.\n\nStrong Linux command-line knowledge.\n\nBasic knowledge of Python and Bash scripting for automating daily operational tasks.\n\nHands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, ECS, or EKS.\n\nOperational understanding of proactive system and service monitoring frameworks and tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Nagios.\n\nSolid understanding of SDLC processes and testing frameworks.\n\nStrong knowledge of TCP/IP networking technologies.\n\nBasic to intermediate knowledge of application deployment processes and common application-layer security vulnerabilities, with a willingness to further develop remediation knowledge.\n\nGood troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.\n\nApplication administration experience with technologies such as WebLogic, NGINX, Tomcat, or IIS is considered an advantage.\n\nExperience with middleware/application server technologies such as Oracle OSB, Oracle SOA Suite, or IBM DataPower is a strong plus.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders.\n\nStrong willingness to continuously learn and develop.\n\nAbility to create and maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation.\n\nWhy join Ericsson?
