This is a highly technical and hands-on role that combines deep AI expertise, solution architecture, consulting, and business leadership to take AI initiatives from concept to production.\nWhat you will do:\nAI Strategy & Transformation Leadership\nAct as the trusted AI advisor to customer executives, CTOs, CIOs, architects, and technology leaders.\nDefine AI transformation strategies, roadmaps, investment priorities, and business value realization plans.\nIdentify and create new AI-led business opportunities across Networks, Operations, Enterprise IT, Cloud, Security, and Digital Services.\nDrive executive discussions around AI governance, responsible AI, and AI operating models.\nHands-On AI Solution Architecture\nDesign end-to-end AI architectures spanning LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, Knowledge Graphs, Data Platforms, Automation, and Cloud-native environments.\nLead technical discovery workshops, architecture reviews, solution design sessions, and AI use-case assessments.\nBuild and validate AI solution blueprints, reference architectures, and proof-of-value frameworks.\nWork directly with engineering teams to ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and production-ready.\nAI Adoption & Innovation Acceleration\nServe as the catalyst for AI adoption across customer organizations.\nIdentify high-impact use cases and accelerate movement from ideation to production deployment.\nEstablish AI incubation programs and innovation initiatives with customers.\nDrive AI literacy, adoption, and executive sponsorship across customer stakeholders.\nChallenge the status quo and continuously identify opportunities where AI can simplify, automate, and transform operations.\nTechnical Leadership & Ecosystem Engagement\nAct as the bridge between customer requirements and Ericsson's Business Areas, Product Development Units, and Solution Areas.\nInfluence Ericsson's AI product roadmap through direct customer engagement and market insights.\nProvide technical leadership during major customer pursuits, proposals, and transformation programs.\nAI Delivery & Value Realization\nEnsure successful transition of AI initiatives from concept, pilot, and proof-of-value into production environments.\nSupport customers in establishing AI operating models, governance frameworks, and value tracking mechanisms.\nDrive measurable outcomes including productivity gains, automation benefits, operational efficiency, and customer experience improvements.\nThe skills you bring\n15+ years of experience in AI, Software Engineering, Cloud, Enterprise Architecture, Data Platforms, Consulting, or Telecommunications.\nStrong hands-on experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, Vector Databases, AI Agents, MCP Frameworks, and AI Orchestration Platforms.\nExperience building, deploying, or operationalizing AI solutions in enterprise or telecommunications environments.\nDeep understanding of cloud-native architectures, APIs, microservices, Kubernetes, automation platforms, and modern data ecosystems.\nProven ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable AI solutions.\nStrong executive presence with the ability to influence both CXOs and senior technical stakeholders.\nEntrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, experimentation, and technology disruption.\nDemonstrated ability to drive AI adoption, challenge conventional approaches, and create new business opportunities.\nWhy join Ericsson?
