Relocation is not offered for this posistion.\nWhat you will do:\nLead the launch of new carriers, sites for 4G, 5G, CBRS, and small cells across a top tier operator (SoCal, NorCal, and PNW markets). \nManage and support C-band launches, including SSV drive testing and auditing activities. \nMonitor KPIs and troubleshoot RF issues for new carrier and site deployments. \nMonitor KPIs and resolve RF issues associated with radio and baseband swaps. \nSuccessfully deliver projects on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction \nThe skills you bring:\nA bachelor's (or preferred master’s) degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field \nTypically, 2 - 6 years of hands-on experience in RF optimization or RAN performance for cellular networks \nGood understanding of 4G/5G technologies. \nAutomation know-how and skills to tools is key (Python and Power BI) \nGood understanding of RF KPIs, performance optimization, and troubleshooting methodologies. \nAbility to interpret site alarms and determine corrective actions. \nComprehending and adhering to the unique processes and requirements of each market. \nAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as NIC, ODS, NDS, IC, and Field Engineering. \nAbility to communicate project status and technical insights with Project Managers, Integration Managers, Sales teams, Area Directors, and other stakeholders. \nAble to provide timely and clear communication to internal teams and customers, ensuring concerns \nWhy join Ericsson?\nAt Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit’s objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. The Ericsson US 401(k) Plan offers an automatic 3% company contribution and Ericsson match $1 for every $1 you put into the 401(k) Plan on the first 3% of your eligible pay, plus 50 cents on every $1 on the next 2% of eligible pay. When you contribute at least 5% of eligible pay, you are receiving Ericsson’s full matching contributions of 4%. Matching and company automatic contributions stop when your total eligible pay for the year reaches the IRS limits.
