Our RF Specialist (RAN Optimization) is a crucial part of our process ranging from early engagement, pre-sales of services and networks, to service delivery and acceptance. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to develop technical understanding of network design, technical network analysis, pre-sales support, Ericsson's cutting-edge analytics solutions, and a strong foundation in customer-focus and quality service delivery, with mentorship and support from experienced team members.\nWhat you will do:\nSupport the launch of new carriers and sites for 4G, 5G, CBRS, and small cells across top-tier operators in Canada, as well as regional carriers in the U.S. and Canada.\nAssist with C-band launches, including SSV drive testing and auditing activities.\nMonitor KPIs and help troubleshoot RF issues for new carrier and site deployments.\nMonitor KPIs and support resolution of RF issues associated with radio and baseband swaps.\nContribute to on-time, on-budget project delivery with a focus on high customer satisfaction.\nLearn and grow through hands-on project work, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration.\nThe skills you bring:\nA bachelor's (or preferred master's) degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.\nTypically up to 5 years of relevant experience (including internships, coursework, or professional experience in RF optimization or RAN performance).
