In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing Ericsson's EHS Digital Automation Tool (WorkSafely), enabling safe work practices for field operations and supporting compliance with EHS and driving safety requirements. You will work closely with EHS stakeholders, subject matter experts, and IT teams to deliver a secure, reliable, and scalable solution that supports operational excellence across the region.\nWhat you will do\nMaintain and support the CSS EHS Digital Automation Tool (WorkSafely).\nDevelop and implement tool enhancements, new features, and process improvements.\nManage database uploads and data administration activities.\nDesign and implement automated backup and recovery processes.\nEnsure compliance with Ericsson IT security policies and standards.\nTroubleshoot and resolve tool-related issues raised by project SMEs within agreed timelines.\nMonitor tool performance, availability, and data accuracy.\nPrepare monthly reports covering enhancements, issues, risks, and planned actions.\nTrack software licenses and support budget monitoring activities.\nSupport integrations and migrations to Ericsson global platforms when required.\nCollaborate closely with EHS stakeholders and escalate deviations where necessary.\nDesign and develop EHS KPI dashboards based on CSS service line requirements.\nWhat you will bring\nBSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Programming, or a related field.\n5-10 years of experience in software development, web programming, or application development.\n5-10 years of hands-on experience developing web and mobile applications.\nExperience in both front-end (UI/UX) and back-end development.\nStrong knowledge of database management, system integrations, and automation solutions.\nUnderstanding of application security principles and secure development practices.\nExcellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to collaborate effectively in a multicultural and geographically distributed environment.\nStrong documentation and reporting skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.\nHigh level of accountability, integrity, and professionalism.\nProactive, self-motivated, and resilient, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.\nExperience with EHS/HSE tools, digital safety platforms, or safety-related processes is preferred.\nExperience designing dashboards, KPIs, and reporting solutions is preferred.\nExperience supporting enterprise applications across multiple countries or customer accounts is preferred.\nKnowledge of Ericsson tools, platforms, and security compliance requirements is preferred.\nWhy join Ericsson?
