About this opportunity:
Ericsson is looking for a diligent and competent Domain Support Specialist. As a member of our Automated Operations team, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing maintenance activities, providing technical support, and coordinating daily operational tasks. This role centers on ensuring that our services and resources are efficiently activated, configured, and tested. If you are eager to work in an interactive environment and dedicated to guaranteeing the availability and performance of services for our customers, this might be the ideal role for you.
24X7 Shift Working Mode.
What you will do:
- Business configuration skill on Ericsson Charging system.
- Creation of Recharge card groups, top ups, balance and validity inquiry in AIR.
- Configuration of USSD text messages for balance and validity inquiry in AIR and as EoCN in SDP.
- Special offering configuration
- Configuration of Tariff plans and testing of new feature & products.
- VAS short codes and Number series definition.
- Configuration of different products using dedicated A/c, accumulator, service offerings and community charging.
- Configuration of data charging product .
- Configuration of products on 2G/4G/5G
- Esy understanding with SAPC configuration
- Administrating IN Network and Support Systems
- Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
- Planned Maintenance (Health Checks, Backups etc…)
- Problem Escalations and Follow-ups (TT/CSR/TR)
- Interface with Customer, 3PP and Ericsson Departments
- Ensure smooth and quality system/service handover from Project.
- Adherence to Processes
Qualifications:
- B.E / B.Tech. in Electronics & Communications with at least 5+ years of Experience in Telecom/IN Domain.
- Experience in handling Ericsson Networks preferred
- Certifications Ericsson Charging System 3.0/4.0,/5.0/6.0 Linux Red Hat, SQL/Oracle Admin [Preferred]
- Technical and/or functional skills: [Performance & Characteristics of IN Network Nodes]
