The position ensures orders are processed accurately, compliantly and within agreed service levels, while maintaining reliable status visibility, proactive risk escalation and effective coordination across customer, project and supply-chain stakeholders.\nWhat you will do:\nCustomer purchase order validation and order creation.\nOpen-order management and fulfillment assurance.\nShipment, transit and delivery follow-up.\nNEXT card aging and data quality.\nOperational governance, meetings and escalation\nThe skills you bring:\nMinimum 3 years of directly relevant experience in customer order management, order fulfillment or delivery operations, preferably supporting telecom, IT infrastructure, hardware deployment or complex B2B projects.\nProven ability to independently manage orders end to end, balance multiple priorities, lead stakeholder calls and resolve execution issues with limited supervision.\nWorking understanding of procurement, supply-chain operations, logistics, shipping milestones, vendor coordination and installation/deployment handover.\nPractical experience with ERP/order-management platforms, including SAP and/or NEXT or comparable systems; familiarity with intercompany ordering and PO-to-delivery controls.\nStrong Excel capability, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, filters, data reconciliation and operational tracker management.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, customer orientation, accuracy, problem solving, accountability and cross-functional stakeholder management.\nPreferred / Additional competencies :\nExposure to Power BI, dashboarding, workflow automation or process-improvement initiatives.\nUnderstanding of order-quality controls, commercial PO validation, BOQ/BOM preparation and revision-log management.\nExperience coordinating geographically distributed teams, third-party vendors and project delivery stakeholders.\nRelevant bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain or a related discipline is an advantage; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.\n“All academic credentials must be from recognized and accredited institutions and are further subject to verification.”\nWhy join Ericsson?
