This role will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of IMS domains across Ericsson and Nokia network architectures, covering design, configuration, upgrades, troubleshooting and service assurance.\nAs a senior subject matter expert, you will ensure network stability, performance, scalability and security, while supporting operations, transformation and managed services handover initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with L2/L3 support teams, vendors and customer stakeholders.\nWhat You Will Do\nProvide end-to-end technical ownership of IMS networks across Ericsson platforms.\nPerform configuration, upgrades, updates and redeployment activities across Packet Core and IMS nodes as part of incident resolution or planned changes.\nHandle incident, problem and change management, including review and closure of TT, CR and AT on a daily basis.\nAct as Expert support for complex network issues impacting data and voice services.\nEnsure compliance with MSTOP processes, operational governance and best practices.\nEnsure security policies, password policies, access controls and audits are implemented and periodically reviewed across all nodes.Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and\npreventive actions to improve network stability and reduce recurring issues.\nSupport managed service handover, knowledge transfer and shadowing activitiesfor operations teams.\nContribute to the creation, review and enhancement of SOPs, runbooks and operational procedures.\nActively participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews and optimization initiatives to improve overall network performance and customer experience.\nCoordinate with vendor support, engineering teams and customer stakeholders during major incidents, changes and network upgrades.\nYou Will Bring\nStrong end-to-end expertise in IMS architecture, operations and troubleshooting.\nHands-on experience with Ericsson IMS nodes, including virtualized and cloud-based deployments.\nDeep understanding of mobile core technologies across 2G/3G/4G/5G (NSA/SA)environments.\nExcellent troubleshooting, analytical and RCA skills with the ability to handle high-severity incidents.\nStrong understanding of security compliance, access management and audit requirements in telecom networks.\nEffective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions and bridge operations and engineering teams.\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of critical network domains.\nKey Qualifications\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related discipline.\nExperience:\nRelevant years of relevant experience in IMS operations, engineering, or managed services.\nStrong expertise in Ericsson core network environments.\nTechnical Skills:\nEricsson IMS products (CSCF, MTAS, SBG, UDM, ENUM, etc.).\nVirtualization / Cloud: vEPC, VNFs, NFVI, OpenStack, Kubernetes\nDomain Knowledge:\nGSM, GPRS, WCDMA, LTE, 5G Core (NSA/SA)\nSignaling protocols: Diameter, SIP, GTP-C/GTP-U, HTTP/2\n\"All academic credentials must be from recognized and accredited institutions and are further subject to verification.”\nWhy join Ericsson?
