If you thrive in a fast-paced, technically demanding environment and bring a right-first-time mindset, this role is for you\nWhat you will do:\nDrive performance and optimization activities within a managed services operations environment\nPerform configuration and troubleshooting of Packet Core nodes (SGSN/MME/GGSN) across Nokia, Cisco, and Ericsson platforms\nConduct KPI analysis, trace analysis, and lead improvement initiatives for Packet Core performance\nManage and execute configurations including OSPF, IP pool addition, OCS/DRA/PCRF definition, LAC Barring, CSFB, SRVCC, APN creation, BSC/RNC migration, and TAI-DB management\nSupport VoLTE/IMS-related configurations in MME and GGSN\nAnalyse GPRS, VoLTE, and EPC/LTE call flows and ensure seamless network interface integration (Gb, Gr, Gi, Gn, Gx, Gy, S1, S6a, S11, SGs, S10, etc.)\nWork with Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) configurations and service-aware charging concepts\nStay current with latest Packet Core technologies including CUPS, F5, and Cloud-based nodes\nWork independently with minimal supervision, owning performance outcomes end-to-end\nThe skills you bring:\nDegree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering\n4-8 years of relevant experience in Telecom/Packet Core domain\nTechnical Expertise\nStrong hands-on experience on Packet Core nodes: SGSN, GGSN, MME, PCRF, EPDG, DNS, AAA\nGood understanding of Telecom Networks specially in 2G/4G/5G NSA/5G SA/M2M/VoWifi domain\nSound level domain knowledge around 2G, LTE & 5GNSA/5G SA\nProficiency in Cisco and/or Huawei Packet Core node troubleshooting and configuration\nIn-depth knowledge of GSM / WCDMA / LTE / VoLTE technologies and 3GPP standards\nSolid understanding of 2G, LTE, and 5G NSA domain\nExpertise in PS Core protocols, SS7 networks, and EPC/LTE call flows\nFamiliarity with PACO KPIs, their analysis, and improvement planning\nKnowledge of latest technologies: CUPS, F5, Cloud Packet Core\nMinimum proficiency across 2 vendors (Cisco, Nokia, or Ericsson)\n“All academic credentials must be from recognized and accredited institutions and are further subject to verification.”Why join Ericsson?\nAt Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
