Whether we are in the Create, Sustain, or Evolve stages, your expertise will pave the way forward in your domain.\nWhat you will do:\nLinux based server upgradation\nHealth check of Linux based TX servers\nProvisioning of all type of circuits DCN, Ethernet,E1 etc on MW nodes through EMS/NMS.\nCan Handle all type of EMS/NMS Health check \nConfiguration/ Addition of Card & SFP in MW\nEthernet links capacity up gradation/degradation\nTo Handle Emergency situations in Txn Network.\nVLAN Configuration on the MW while provisioning\nTo keep the SDH/PDH NEs Hardware and Software Configurations Updated. \nTo perform Acceptance Testing of the new Network Element in Txn network.\nTo be able to efficiently use EMS and NMS.\nSW Upgradation of ODU,RAU,IDU etc..\nTo participate in internal technical discussions in view to improve overall network performance and make recommendations wherever possible. \nRing Splitting\nFrequency & Power Change in MW\nBW Optimization\nKnowledge of Protection schemes SNCP,MSP1+1,Space diversity etc..\nTo contribute in the creation and improvements to procedures and routines within the department / group. \nTo ensure correct working methodology. \nAdherence to customer agreed KPIs. \nPerform under time constrain depending upon the business requirements. \nFinding root cause analysis of potential and traffic outage related problems. \nRerouting the traffic during outage time (Traffic transmission). \nManaging to keep low MTTR.\nManaging to keep track of hardware’s & software’s related changes in the network.\nThe skills you bring:\nGood Knowledge on Linux and able to Handle TX server based on Linux and Windows OS\nAble to handle Linux & Windows based Transmission Servers\nExpertise on Server Upgradation, Health Check etc.. \nGood knowledge & skills on Operation and maintenance / Integration / support/Provisioning of Microwave and Optical nodes in both EMS/NMS.\nServer Handling experience on minimum two of the following product portfolios.\nEricsson TN, MLTN , MLXX, Service On Element Manager\nHuawei All type of RTN nodes and NCE server.\nCeragon SDH1500R/P,IP10,IP20,E-band IP50E & IP20E & NetMaster.\nUBR : Cambium & Radwin\nAviat\nIPV4 & IPV6 knowledge\nEducation\nDegree in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent\nMinimum 4 to 7 years of relevant experience of which at least 3 year must have been spent working on Ericsson/Huawei/ or Supported Vendor’s Transmission Equipment’s mainly on products as mentioned.\n“All academic credentials must be from recognized and accredited institutions and are further subject to verification.”\nWhy join Ericsson?
