If you are eager to work in an interactive environment and dedicated to guaranteeing the availability and performance of services for our customers, this might be the ideal role for you.\n24X7 Shift Working Mode.\nWhat you will do:\nBusiness configuration skill on Ericsson Charging system.\nCreation of Recharge card groups, top ups, balance and validity inquiry in AIR.\nConfiguration of USSD text messages for balance and validity inquiry in AIR and as EoCN in SDP.\nSpecial offering configuration\nConfiguration of Tariff plans and testing of new feature & products.\nVAS short codes and Number series definition.\nConfiguration of different products using dedicated A/c, accumulator, service offerings and community charging.\nConfiguration of data charging product .\nConfiguration of products on 2G/4G/5G\nEsy understanding with SAPC configuration\nAdministrating IN Network and Support SystemsPreventive & Corrective Maintenance\nPlanned Maintenance (Health Checks, Backups etc…)\nProblem Escalations and Follow-ups (TT/CSR/TR)\nInterface with Customer, 3PP and Ericsson Departments\nEnsure smooth and quality system/service handover from Project.\nAdherence to Processes\n\nQualifications:\nB.E / B.Tech. in Electronics & Communications with at least 5+ years of Experience in Telecom/IN Domain.\nExperience in handling Ericsson Networks preferred \nCertifications Ericsson Charging System 3.0/4.0,/5.0/6.0 Linux Red Hat, SQL/Oracle Admin [Preferred]\nTechnical and/or functional skills: [Performance & Characteristics of IN Network Nodes]\nAll academic credentials must be from recognized and accredited institutions and are further subject to verification.\nWhy join Ericsson?
