Find out more about the Early Career program here.\nYour journey within the Early Career Program will start as a Financial Analyst Sales in the Business Control team supporting Customer Unit West Europe.\nWhat you will do\nAs a Financial Analyst Sales, you will provide key stakeholders with financial analysis, business insights, and forward-looking recommendations to support business decisions and value creation. You will work across Finance and Sales to strengthen business performance, support growth opportunities, and enable fact-based decision-making.\nAnalyze sales performance, revenue drivers, profitability, and key business KPIs to identify gaps, risks, opportunities, and actions to improve business outcomes.\nProvide financial and commercial insights through market, customer, and competitor analysis to support strategy execution and long-term growth.\nDrive business cases, financial models, simulations, and scenario analysis to evaluate strategic initiatives, sales opportunities, and investment decisions.\nDevelop clear reporting, dashboards and management presentations that translate complex financial and commercial data into actionable insights for stakeholders.\nPartner with Sales, Business Development and other key CU stakeholders to challenge assumptions, assess risks and opportunities, monitor strategic initiatives, and translate business priorities into measurable financial outcomes.\nSupport a data-driven way of working by promoting standardized, digital, and efficient reporting and analysis practices.\nWhat you will bring\nBSc or MSc in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or an equivalent qualification.\nTwo to five years of relevant experience in financial analysis, business controlling, sales finance or a similar position.\nStrong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, financial analysis, and financial modelling.\nExperience in forecasting, planning, cost management, business case analysis, and scenario modelling.\nStrong data analytics and data visualization skills.\nThe ability to transform complex financial and business data into clear, actionable recommendations.\nExperience with finance automation, reporting tools, and process improvement initiatives.\nStrong business understanding and financial acumen along with interest in market dynamics.\nExcellent stakeholder management and solid communication skills,\nA structured, analytical, and critical-thinking approach to problem solving.\nAdaptability and responsiveness in a changing business environment.\nThe ability to work collaboratively across functions and influence stakeholders\nProficiency in English is required, French is a nice to have and Spanish as well.\nWhy join Ericsson?
