Find out more about the Early Career program here.\nYour journey within the Early Career Program will start as a Financial Analyst Sales in the Business Control team supporting Customer Unit South East Europe.\nWhat you will do\nIn this role, you'll combine financial and operational data, build business insights, support planning and forecasting activities, and help shape decisions through meaningful analysis and storytelling. You'll transform complex data into insights that drive business performance and also contribute to automation, digitalization, and AI-enabled ways of working that improve efficiency and support better business outcomes.\nProvide financial analysis, business insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.\nSupport target setting, forecasting, budgeting, period-end closing, and performance reporting.\nDevelop business cases, financial models, simulations, and scenario analyses.\nPrepare management reports and ad hoc analyses, including deep dives into business performance.\nSupport cost allocation, cost recovery, and internal and external audit activities.\nDevelop data visualizations and reporting solutions that improve performance management.\nIdentify opportunities to automate and simplify financial planning, reporting, and analysis processes.\nInteract with all key stakeholders in the CU to drive business performance and ensure compliance with governance requirements.\nYou will bring\nBSc or MSc in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or an equivalent qualification.\nThree to five years of relevant experience in financial analysis, business controlling, sales finance or a similar position.\nStrong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, financial analysis, and financial modelling.\nExperience in forecasting, planning, cost management, business case analysis, and scenario modelling.\nStrong data analytics and data visualization skills.\nThe ability to transform complex financial and business data into clear, actionable recommendations.\nExperience with finance automation, reporting tools, and process improvement initiatives.\nStrong business understanding and financial acumen.\nExcellent stakeholder management and solid communication skills.\nA structured, analytical, and critical-thinking approach to problem solving.\nAdaptability and responsiveness in a changing business environment.\nThe ability to work collaboratively across functions and influence stakeholders.\nProficiency in English.\nWhy join Ericsson?
