In this role, you will work on the architecture of next-generation devices for Radio and RAN Compute products. You will be part of a team with long-term responsibility for evolving key IPs and subsystems, helping define the roadmap for the next 2-3 years.\nThis is an opportunity to work with advanced technology, collaborate with highly skilled colleagues across Ericsson, and contribute to innovations that will shape future communication networks.\nOur organization works according to Agile principles, where teamwork, collaboration, and close interaction are at the heart of how we succeed.\nWhat you will do:\nInvolved heavily in verification of FPGA design for Radio products, including developing & implementation of verification testbenches, technical documentation and stakeholder support. \nCollaborate with System Architects, RTL Designers, R&D organizations, Lab teams, and product hardware and software teams. \nInvolved in troubleshooting and continuous improvements together with FPGA leads across different sites and continuously drive innovation and new methodologies. \nActively contribute to the Global FPGA Workgroup. \nMaintain a comprehensive view of current and future FPGA development within the Lund team. \nDrive and promote quality in FPGA development \nThe skills you bring:\nMaster’s degree or Ph.D. in Electronic Engineering, or equivalent education. \nStrong knowledge of FPGA technology, design and verification environments, and development methodologies, with 5+ years of FPGA development experience. \nAdded advantage to have experience in advanced SoC development. \nKnowledge of radio access systems and their components. \nExperience with UVM and/or SystemVerilog. \nA track record of successful collaboration across teams and sites. \nA quality-focused mindset. \nWhy join Ericsson?\n At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
