Due to strict deadlines across the organization, we perform our tasks in the most efficient way possible while maintaining accuracy and necessary strong partnership across the Group.\nWhat you will do, but not limited to:\nEnsures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions. \nPerform monthly, quarterly and year-end closing tasks including journal entries for prepaids, expense accruals, lease accounting and other items. \nPerform monthly, quarterly and year-end closing tasks for fixed assets including CIP, additions, disposals, impairment reviews and journal entries. \nLiaise with various stakeholder to gather relevant info related to prepaids and expense accruals. \nPreparation of Account Reconciliations in support of the financial statements. \nInvestigate and resolve reconciliation variances on a timely basis. \nPrepare monthly P&Ls by department and share with the business partners for reclasses and accruals. \nCreation of Purchase Orders for the US entities and any other ad hoc items. \nPreparing and filling out annual business surveys of different entities. \nBe a key team member to streamline and improve process. \nAd hoc requests as needed. \nWhat you will bring\nDemonstrated experience creating financial spreadsheets, charts and reports \nExcellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills with ability to confidently and effectively communicate to all levels of the company \nPositive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment \nStrong analytical, problem-solving skills. \nExperience extracting statistical and informative reports from a financial system. \nComfort in communicating complex financial information to non-financial audiences and decision makers \nAnalytical skills to evaluate and interpret financial information \nKnowledge of accounting and related data management systems, \nAbility to multitask, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines \nWhat is required for application\nBachelor Degree required \nMinimum 2 - 4+ years required in Corporate Accounting \nCPA Preferred \nOracle Fusion, Smartview experience preferred (Multi facet accounting software I.e.
