What you will do
- Participate in structured training and on-the-job learning across assigned business functions.
- Support project teams in planning, execution, documentation, and reporting activities.
- Assist in data analysis, customer presentations, and business improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and customer outcomes.
- Learn Ericsson technologies, products, processes, and ways of working.
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity, and compliance with Ericsson policies.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks while continuously developing technical and professional competencies.
Skills you will bring
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 0-1 year of total experience
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within diverse and cross-functional teams.
- Basic knowledge of telecommunications, cloud technologies, or digital solutions is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data analysis or programming tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and committed to continuous learning and innovation.
