You will gain exposure to corporate finance, financial markets and international transactions while contributing to projects that support Ericsson’s global business.\nYou will join one of our Group Treasury teams and, depending on priorities, may rotate between teams. You will receive support from experienced colleagues while being expected to take ownership, ask thoughtful questions and turn analysis into clear conclusions.\nAbout Ericsson Group Treasury\n\nGroup Treasury manages Ericsson’s liquidity, funding, financial and insurable risks, payment infrastructure, and customer and trade finance solutions. We operate under a mandate from the Board and work closely with senior management and business leaders across the Group.\nGroup Treasury consists of approximately 100 professionals representing 30 nationalities and operates across three key areas:\nCorporate Finance\nShape capital allocation and funding strategy.\nManage external funding, including bonds.\nPlan and execute shareholder distributions, including share buybacks.\nManage bank and credit-rating-agency relationships.\nPrepare analysis and decision material for senior management and the Board.\nInternal Bank & Markets\nManage liquidity and short-term investments.\nManage foreign-exchange and interest-rate risks.\nMonitor markets and counterparty exposures.\nEvaluate and execute financial transactions.\nExport Finance\nDevelop financing solutions that enable major customer transactions.\nManage letters of credit and bank guarantees.\nSupport customer financing arrangements.\nWork with export-credit-supported financing.\nDevelop risk-sharing and transaction-specific solutions.\nWhat you will do\n\nConduct financial, market or company analysis.\nPrepare decision material and presentations.\nEvaluate funding, liquidity, risk-management or financing alternatives.\nResearch market developments and transaction structures.\nWork with Treasury specialists and colleagues across Ericsson.\nPresent conclusions and recommendations to Treasury management and the wider Treasury community.\nContribute to real assignments and strategic change initiatives.\nThe skills you bring\n\nCurrently studying finance, business administration, economics, engineering or another relevant field.\nIdeally completed at least two to three years of university studies and currently in your fourth year.\nStrong interest in corporate finance, financial markets or international business.\nCurious, collaborative, accurate and comfortable taking responsibility.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to structure complex questions and communicate conclusions clearly.\nStrong written and spoken English.\nProficiency in Excel and an interest in AI, Power BI and other digital tools.\nPrevious experience in finance, accounting, treasury, banking, consulting or a related field is an advantage, but not a requirement.\nStrong motivation, intellectual curiosity and the
