You will be the central point of coordination for complex customer deliveries, bringing together teams, partners and stakeholders to make large-scale transformations happen.\nThis is a senior, hands-on leadership role without formal line management. You will set direction, keep execution on track and ensure that commitments to the customer and the business are met. As part of the role, you will also contribute to Prime Integration, coordinating multiple delivery parties and helping create a seamless customer experience.\nThis role is primarily based in Düsseldorf, but can be based in other Ericsson locations across Europe.\nWhat you will do\nLead medium to large transformation and integration programs in the BSS/OSS space, delivering against agreed scope, timelines, quality standards and budgets.\nSupport Prime Integration by coordinating Ericsson teams, customers, partners and subcontractors across the delivery landscape.\nBuild strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders, typically at Director and VP level, with exposure to CTO-level engagement.\nDefine and clarify program scope, establish the delivery structure and secure the capabilities and resources needed for success.\nRun program governance by tracking progress, managing risks and issues, and keeping stakeholders aligned.\nControl scope changes and change requests, ensuring that impacts are understood, approved and documented.\nPartner with sales and account teams during pre-sales to shape execution plans, estimates, delivery models and resourcing.\nProvide clear leadership for cross-functional and multi-country teams, creating a confident and delivery-focused environment.\nCoordinate partners and subcontractors, align their activities with program goals and monitor performance.\nMonitor program financials, optimize costs and identify opportunities for add-on business.\nEnsure delivery remains aligned with contractual commitments and contributes to a high level of customer satisfaction.\nThe skills you bring\nMust-have\nSeveral years of experience as an ICT Project Manager, Program Manager or in a similar role, typically with seven or more years in complex delivery environments.\nStrong understanding of telecom BSS/OSS domains, such as charging, billing, mediation, order management and product catalog.\nProven experience leading multi-million-budget transformation or integration programs, ideally in multi-country and multi-party environments.\nExperience with Prime Integration or comparable end-to-end coordination of complex customer and partner deliveries.\nSolid skills in scope, risk, issue and financial management, with a track record of delivering against contractual commitments.\nExperience working with senior customer stakeholders and virtual, international teams.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with a calm and confident presence.\nStrong leadership through influence rather than hierarchy, combined with clear and pragmatic decision-making.\nFluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.\nNice-to-have\nExperience gained with a telecommunications operator, systems integrator, telecom technology provider or another organization delivering BSS/OSS solutions.\nExposure to mission-critical transformation and integration programs for European operators.\nRecognized project or program management certification and familiarity with relevant telecom or service-management frameworks.\nExperience working with modern project-management and financial-monitoring tools.\nExperience coordinating multiple suppliers, partners or subcontractors in a complex delivery environment.\nMBA or comparable business education.\nPrevious people-management
