The role is designed to support a smooth and effective recruitment process while helping deliver a positive candidate experience.\nLocation: Kuala Lumpur\nDuration: 3 - 6 months\nEmployment type: Internship (full-time)\nKey responsibilities\nSupport recruiters and hiring managers in day-to-day recruitment coordination\nAssist in posting job advertisements and updating candidate or requisition information in relevant systems\nHelp with candidate sourcing activities through internal databases, job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels\nScreen resumes against role requirements and prepare candidate shortlists for recruiter review\nCoordinate interviews, assessments, and follow-up communications with candidates\nMaintain accurate recruitment trackers, interview schedules, and hiring documentation\nSupport candidate experience by ensuring timely and professional communication throughout the process\nAssist with employer branding, campus hiring, and internship hiring activities when required\nSupport reporting and data compilation related to recruitment progress and hiring metrics\nCollaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on ad hoc projects and process improvement initiatives\nQualifications\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field\nAvailable for a minimum internship period of 3-6 months\nStrong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employer branding\nGood communication and interpersonal skills\nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks\nGood organizational and coordination skills\nComfortable using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook\nAbility to handle confidential information with professionalism\nProficiency in English, both written and spoken\nPreferred qualifications\nPrevious internship, campus activity, or project experience in HR, administration, or coordination\nFamiliarity with recruitment systems or applicant tracking systems is an advantage\nExperience supporting events, university engagement, or social media communication is a plus\nWhat you will learn\nExposure to the end-to-end recruitment process in a global organization\nExperience working with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates in a professional environment\nUnderstanding of recruitment operations, candidate management, and hiring systems\nOpportunity to build practical HR and stakeholder management skills\nWhy join Ericsson?
