Your role will include all development activities such as: requirement analysis, system, architecture, software design, integration and product documentation. Our team mainly works on developing a UC (User Communication) system called iPECS-ONE and provides call, chat and collaboration service. We need back-end engineer with LLM, GenAI, and RAG development experience for AI Agent development.\nWhat will you do\nDesign and implement scalable core backend components based on a microservices architecture\nKubernetes-based service operations and API Gateway/MSA design (including Helm, ArgoCD, and GitOps practices)\nDeveloping AI/LLM backend integration and scalable system design (including MCP or similar interfaces)\nBuilding ELT pipelines and observability systems (logging & monitoring)\n\nAI data pipeline construction: Developing a RAG system and interactive data preprocessing using a vector database\nLanguage: JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Python\n\nNode.js/Docker, open source analysis & debugging, Linux, DB (Back-end)\nGenAI capabilities: Experience building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)-based chatbots that go beyond simple responses using LangChain.js and other tools\n\nChatbot Scenario Design: Experience planning and developing hybrid services that combine rule-based and LLM-based chatbots\n\nHigh-Volume Traffic Handling: Experience optimizing database queries and distributed processing in enterprise-level, large-scale user environments\n\nPreferred domain experience: Open API, various open source libraries and frameworks\n\nWeb platform development experience using Node.js (Express, NestJS, etc.)\n\nDatabase: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis (Caching/Pub-Sub)\n\nInfrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, CI/CD Pipeline\n\nGit configuration management experience\n\nInterview process: 1st Recruiter Screening Call - 2nd Coding Test (Java, Python) - 3rd Skill Interview - 4th Leadership Interview \nWhy join Ericsson?
