It relies on a high scalable and distributed, cloud-based microservice architecture. We remain open to considering other candidates, including you, and we assure you that all applicants are given fair and equal consideration in compliance with applicable regulations throughout the selection process.\nWhat you will do:\nDesign, implement, integrate, configure, and troubleshoot Kubernetes / Helm / Java based microservices and database manager entities owned by the team,\nDesign and create performance and stability measurements, implement new functional and non-functional features for our big data solution called EEA\nDevelop automated test cases in Java for testing the implementation of EEA's functional & non-functional requirements,\nConstantly focus on improving our Jenkins and Spinnaker based Continuous Integration (CI) and Delivery (CD) machinery,\nWork closely with your teammates and other teams\nContinuously improve your skills\nThe skills you bring:\nProfessional Java/Spring boot development knowledge\nExperience with the following technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Kafka, REST API,\nUnderstanding of Microservices architectures\nTest competence,\nExperience with integration of open-source software,\nFamiliarity with cloud native technologies, Jenkins, Spinnaker, version control systems (git),\nDEVOPS automation mindset,\nGood written and verbal communication skills in English\nOpenness for working in agile environment,\nAbility and willingness to quickly adopt new technologies and/or business domains\nStrong team spirit and being self-motivated\nTo be a proven quick learner in technical disciplines\nTo be forward-thinking and willing to take on challenges\nIt is an advantage If you have:\nPrior hands-on experience in developing and/or deploying Microservices solutions on Cloud infrastructure\nExperience with message-driven (i.e. Kafka) and event-driven (i.e REST) distributed systems\nPrior work experience in Scrum,\nGood analytical and troubleshooting skills\nExperience with SQL databases, maybe with Vertica or other column based databases\nWhy join Ericsson?
