The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing, troubleshooting, automating, and supporting enterprise-grade cloud and container platforms.\nThis role offers an opportunity to work on large-scale infrastructure environments involving virtualization, container orchestration, automation, monitoring, and customer engagement. You will collaborate with multiple functional teams to ensure platform stability, performance, and operational excellence.\nWhat You will do :\nManage and troubleshoot Linux-based infrastructure environments.\nDeploy, administer, and support OpenStack cloud platforms.\nManage and troubleshoot OpenShift/Kubernetes container platforms.\nPerform incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem resolution for production environments.\nAutomate operational tasks using Python, Ansible, and Ansible Tower/AWX.\nWork closely with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues and provide operational support.\nTroubleshoot network-related issues including connectivity, routing, DNS, firewall, and load balancing issues.\nMonitor infrastructure health and performance using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack/syslog tools.\nConfigure alerts, dashboards, and logging solutions for proactive monitoring.\nParticipate in system upgrades, patching, maintenance activities, and security compliance.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, SOPs.\nSupport high availability, disaster recovery, and system reliability initiatives.\nCollaborate with DevOps, Cloud, and Network teams for platform improvements and automation initiatives.\ndesirable knowledge of awk, sed and basic unix scripting skills\nBasic knowledge of databases and writing SQL script\nThe skills you bring:\n3-6 years of hands-on experience in Linux system administration.\nStrong experience with OpenStack environments and cloud infrastructure troubleshooting.\nGood knowledge of OpenShift/Kubernetes architecture and operations.\nHands-on experience with Python scripting for automation and operational tasks.\nStrong experience with Ansible and Ansible Tower/AWX.\nExperience in customer handling, stakeholder communication, and technical discussions.\nGood understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting:\nTCP/IP ,DNS ,Routing, VLAN, Firewall, Load Balancer.\nHands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools: Prometheus , Grafan and ELK Stack / Syslog tools.\nExperience troubleshooting production issues in enterprise environments.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced support and operations environment.\nGood to Have\nExperience with Ceph storage & NetApp.\nUnderstanding of container networking and service mesh concepts.\nRedhat System Administrator & Redhat Certified Engineer certifications are a plus.\n“All academic credentials must be from recognized and accredited institutions and are further subject to verification.”\nWhy join Ericsson?
