As a hands-on solution architect and individual contributor, you’ll influence teams worldwide to improve service quality, accelerate deployment and operations, increase automation, and optimize cost. The role spans telecommunications, data center operations, AI, and global service delivery.\nWhat you’ll do\nDefine and execute the Managed Services strategy and roadmap for tools, AI, automation, and data, aligned with customer, engineering, operations, and delivery priorities.\nLead toolset rationalization, migration, deployment, and lifecycle management; identify high-value use cases, build business cases, and align stakeholders on expected benefits.\nPartner across delivery, engineering, operations, and business teams to take solutions from concept and architecture through implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.\nEmbed scalable solutions in live customer programs and promote standardization, reuse, and industrialization across customers, regions, and engagements.\nApply AI, machine learning, analytics, and intelligent automation to improve productivity, quality, forecasting, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.\nEstablish data standards, governance, instrumentation, and feedback loops; support API and data integrations with customer and internal platforms.\nDefine KPIs to measure adoption, operational impact, productivity, cost optimization, and automation ROI.\nWhat you bring\nBachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.\n10+ years of relevant experience in telecommunications or data center infrastructure, Managed Services, automation, scripting, or tools lifecycle management.\nStrong understanding of Managed Services and deployment tools, automation platforms, AI/ML applications, and modern data architectures such as data lakes and AI platforms.\nA track record of delivering automation strategies, tool transformations, migrations, or data initiatives at scale.\nExperience working in global delivery models, including offshore and nearshore teams.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on scalable solutions, simplification, operational efficiency, and measurable business outcomes.\nAbility to influence stakeholders and lead across functions, organizations, and geographies in a fast-paced global environment.\nWhy join Ericsson?\nAt Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit’s objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. When you contribute at least 5% of eligible pay, you are receiving Ericsson’s full matching contributions of 4%.
