Candidate would be responsible for providing second-level support on incidents, problem resolutions and technical operations. The incumbent should be authoritative on hardcore networking technologies such as Routers, Switches, Firewalls, proxies, load balancers, VPNs and must have a passion for it. Candidate Must be flexible for 24x7 role.\nWhat you will do:\nInvestigate and resolve incidents.\nInvestigate and diagnose problems. Where applicable, identify short-term work-around solutions.\nAct as network specialist and identify improvements in existing deployed solutions, provide input to RFCs etc.\nSupport and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, proxies, load balancers, DNS, Email Security solutions\nBuild user documentation, provide technical support. Redesign and reconfigure alarms for network. Maintain a stable environment and optimizes the network as vital.\nThe skills you bring:\n“All academic credentials must be from recognized and accredited institutions and are further subject to verification.”\nCandidate must be flexible for 24x7 role.\n8+ Years of experience in LAN/WAN Networks and Security Operations/Development\nEducation: A primary degree in Engineering, IT or Telecommunications\nBack Office troubleshooting, project implementation, SRF & operations experience.\nStrong hands-on knowledge of Juniper MX Routers and QFX Switches.\nGood understanding of VXLAN/EVPN and Data Center architecture.\nBack Office troubleshooting, project implementation, SRF & operations experience.\nPalo Alto Firewall troubleshooting and security knowledge. The applicant will require a background in Linux systems, Networking and Firewall technologies.\nTechnical experience on Juniper, Cisco, Palo Alto, Cloud, F5.
