Within the Ericsson Taiwan Analytics Team, you will be part of the RAN Network Design & Optimization (NDO) delivery engine, dedicated to pushing the boundaries of network performance.\nWe are seeking ambitious talent to join our new Standalone NR network & AI-driven optimization initiative. You will play a pivotal role in automating complex network tuning and spearheading the transformation of our global service delivery through cutting-edge AI.\nWhat you will do\nDesign & Evaluation: Analyze customer requirements and design solutions for high-performance wireless networks.\nKPI & Problem Investigation: Provide analysis of KPIs and perform problem investigation to resolve quality issues, including supporting VIP troubleshooting and performance improvement.\nCoordination: Act as a bridge between internal Ericsson teams and the customer for planning and optimization tasks.\nTechnology Pioneer: Lead new wireless technology trials (including 5G SA, NS and 4G new releases) such as trial and feature validations.\nTransformation & AI: Deconstruct complex problems and rebuild them through an AI lens, translating massive datasets into actionable network strategies.\nTechnical Support: Engage in pre-sales technical support and parameter optimization to align network performance with business needs.\nWhat You will bring\nEducation & Technical Foundation\nUniversity degree in Engineering or equivalent.\nStrong understanding of RAN technology (5G SA, NSA & 4G).\nDemonstrated experience in the Telecom industry with a natural approach to complex issues through structured, logical thinking.\nFamiliarity with wireless network KPIs and performance optimization techniques.\nProficiency in Coding (Python), IT & AI skills is a significant plus.\nPersonal Attributes\nCommunication Excellence: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical data and business impact.\nProactive Learner: Demonstrated ambition to master new technologies, industry trends, and self-manage in a matrix organization.\nGrowth Orientation: A self-starter motivated by high-stakes challenges and persuading stakeholders to adopt smarter ways of working.\nLanguage: Fluent in both English and Chinese.\nWhy join Ericsson?
