You will collaborate with customer and Ericsson teams to deliver secure, stable, and supportable solutions, while taking ownership of assigned activities and sharing knowledge with colleagues.\nWhat you will do:\nInstall, configure, integrate, upgrade, and migrate ENM, ENIQ, cENM, and EVNFM solutions.\nValidate prerequisites, software versions, connectivity, configurations, and infrastructure readiness.\nPrepare and execute integration and acceptance tests, maintaining clear test evidence and implementation documentation.\nTroubleshoot interoperability and deployment issues, resolve them or escalate them promptly, and support customer handover.\nCoordinate delivery activities with customer, architecture, cloud/infrastructure, security, and project teams.\nFollow agreed scope, quality, security, privacy, health and safety, and change-control processes.\nWhat you will bring:\nBachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.\nA minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in telecom network management, OSS, or systems integration.\nHands-on experience delivering telecom solution integration or deployment.\nPractical experience with Ericsson Network Management products, including ENM, ENIQ, cENM, and EVNFM.\nWorking knowledge of Linux and IP networking, with experience in integration testing and structured troubleshooting.\nCloud competence, with a practical understanding of cloud-native or virtualized environments, containers, and orchestration.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills with a customer-focused approach.\nExperience across all four products, as well as cloud-native or virtualized environments, containers, orchestration, scripting, or automation, is preferred.\nRelevant technical certifications are preferred.\nFlexibility to travel or support planned customer deployments, when required.\nWhy join Ericsson?
