Ericsson also does not hire F-1’s working on CPT or EAD for this position.\nAbout this opportunity:\nWe are seeking a motivated intern to support our Technology/IT Operations and AI Automation function within the cellular networking services business. This role provides hands-on experience developing AI and automation solutions that improve RAN deployment, engineering, construction, and operational workflows.\nThe intern will collaborate with technical and business teams to identify repetitive manual processes, document requirements, prototype solutions, and support the deployment of AI and automation solutions that increases efficiency, improves data quality, and reduces errors.\nWhat you will do:\nDesign and ship AI-powered automation and agentic workflows that eliminate manual operational tasks.\nBuild LLM/GenAI solutions (GPT-style interfaces, conversational agents, workflow tools) backed by Python REST APIs.\nOrchestrate agents with LangChain/LangGraph, including memory/state, tool integrations, and human-in-the loop patterns.\nDevelop scalable data pipelines using Pandas/SQL/JSON; integrate with enterprise APIs in secure cloud-native architectures.\nContainerize, deploy, and operate solutions with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS), preferably in Azure.\nMonitor and troubleshoot with observability (e.g., Azure Application Insights) and document architectures, workflows, and pipelines.\nPartner cross-functionally to identify automation opportunities that reduce cost and improve execution efficiency. \nThe skills you bring:\nEssential Skills:\nPursuing Bachelor’s in computer science or related field of study\nExperience in Python, SQL DB, Flask, Pandas, JSON, Angular (preferred) or React.\nExperience building REST APIs using Flask or similar frameworks.\nExperience working with LLM-based systems, including prompt engineering and model configuration.\nFamiliarity with agent frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.\nExperience with cloud-native architecture and API-based integrations.\nKnowledge of containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes (AKS preferred).\nExperience with SQL and structured data processing.\nExperience with API testing tools such as Postman.\nStrong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nExperience designing agent-based workflows including memory management, tool orchestration, and human in-the-loop interactions.\nExperience deploying AI solutions in Azure cloud environments.\nFamiliarity with Angular or React for building lightweight user interfaces.\nExperience with YAML-based configuration and infrastructure automation.\nExposure to AI observability and application monitoring tools.\nExperience with Azure Application Insights, Docker, Kubernetes \nWhat happens once you apply?\nClick Here to find all you need to know about what our typical hiring process looks like.\nEricsson uses a merit-based hiring approach that values people with different experiences, perspectives and skillsets.
