You will test, administer, troubleshoot, and support customer application and infrastructure systems across IT, Telco B/OSS, IP and Core, Cloud, and Network domains. You may work on-site or remotely and help deliver customer-requested services through manual and/or automated testing, test execution, and defect tracking.\nWhat you will do\nInstall and configure customer infrastructure; support monitoring, optimization, and tuning.\n\nHelp assess product and system impacts and maintain technical documentation.\n\nDevelop codes and interfaces to specifications; perform basic unit and functional tests, debug, and fix software issues.\n\nDesign, clarify, and execute test cases; log defects, retest fixes, and update tracking tools.\n\nSupport service assurance by responding to IT users, restoring normal service, and handling data alignment for trouble tickets and bug fixes.\n\nHelp improve end-to-end process quality by developing scripts to monitor business-process KPIs and data quality.\n\nWhat you bring\nExpected to graduate by March 2028.\n\nFluent Japanese, spoken and written, is required for communication with customers and IT users.\n\nInterest in IT systems, software testing, system support, or IT operations; prior experience is not required.\n\nCareful problem-solving, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing skills, with an interest in learning test design, performance testing, scripting, and service request/disruption management.\n\nWhy join Ericsson?
