Ericsson Radio System supports 2G to 5G networks with high performance and low energy use. Middleware is key, enabling features like remote software upgrades, secure operation, and configuration management.\nLocation: Zagreb \nWhat is Erlang? \nErlang is a functional programming language developed by Ericsson in 1986, originally for telecom switching. Now open-source, it’s widely used for building scalable, reliable, and concurrent systems. Erlang excels at handling multiple threads of execution simultaneously, making it ideal for distributed applications. \nMany major companies rely on Erlang: \nAmazon uses it for SimpleDB in EC2.
