The candidate will be responsible for OpenStack operations, Linux system management, automation, and providing production support.\nWhat you will do:\nInstall, configure, and manage OpenStack environments\nSupport OpenStack components including:\nNova (Compute)\nNeutron (Networking)\nCinder (Block Storage)\nGlance (Image Service)\nKeystone (Identity)\nHorizon (Dashboard)\nManage controller and computing nodes\nSupport VM provisioning, migration, and lifecycle management\nTroubleshoot OpenStack service and VM-related issues\nPerform OpenStack patching, upgrades, and maintenance\nThe skills you bring:\nExperience in working on Redhat Enterprise Linux 7/8/9 and Redhat Openstack/Nokia CBIS /Ceph storage\nAdded advantage worked in HPE/Dell bare metal servers replacing the faulty spares.\nGood hands-on experience of managing Linux/Redhat OpenStack/Ceph cluster environment.\nAdded advantage basic understanding of OpenShift or RHOSO18.\nGood hands-on experience on undercloud and overcloud nodes includes director/controller/compute/storage.\nGood hands-on experience on different types of computes like OVS, SRIOV.\nExperience in host aggregation groups and migration of VMs both live and cold.\nGood hands-on experience with Ceph Storage operations like OSD recreate, Ceph storage flags.\nTroubleshooting and upgrade of OpenStack/Linux/Ceph using manual and automated approach.\nLeverage on automation tools (Ansible, Bash Shell) Added advantage.\nExperience in docker and container technology.\nGood knowledge on troubleshooting and operations skills mandatory in Linux,OpenStack infra.\nUnderstanding & troubleshooting the issues via available system logs.\nUnderstanding of network technologies (DNS, SNMP, HTTP, TCP/IP,VLAN)\nProduce clear documentation for delivered solutions.\nStrong communication skills and business orientation\nWork closely with members of Support and Engineering teams to quickly resolve any client issues\nAnalyze customer improvement areas and challenges related to technology and processes\nEnsure compliance with SLAs, ITSM guidelines, and industry best practices\n“All academic credentials must be from recognized and accredited institutions and are further subject to verification.”\nWhy join Ericsson?
