As a trusted advisor to Market Area North East Asia (MNEA) business leaders, you translate people priorities into clear actions that elevate business performance, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness. You combine strong execution discipline with curiosity, data and AI literacy, and a change mindset.\nWhat you will do\nAct as a trusted People partner to MNEA business leaders, challenging and supporting them on people topics that impact business performance and culture.\nTranslate business priorities into clear people plans and execute them with strong follow-through, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.\nUse people data, analytics, and insights to identify trends, frame recommendations, and enable fact-based decisions.\nDrive and support change initiatives, engaging stakeholders, coordinating implementation, and supporting adoption across teams.\nApply AI literacy and digital curiosity to simplify ways of working, improve productivity, and enhance employee and leader experience.\nLead and manage assigned People projects end to end, with robust planning, coordination, risk management, and delivery discipline.\nCollaborate across the People function (locally and globally) to ensure integrated, consistent, and high-quality support to the business.\nRole-model Ericsson values, behaviors, leadership, and a growth mindset, contributing to a future-ready People function and talent pipeline.\nYou will bring\nSolid understanding of HR fundamentals or people management experience and the ability to connect people topics directly to business outcomes.\nProven ability to execute: turning strategy and plans into action, with ownership, speed, and high-quality delivery.\nData-centric mindset, with experience using people metrics and dashboards to generate insights and drive decisions.\nAI literacy and confidence in exploring and using digital tools to improve efficiency, insight generation, and service quality.\nChange mindset, with openness to new ways of working and the ability to help leaders and teams navigate transformation.\nStrong project management skills, including planning, prioritization, stakeholder coordination, and delivery follow-through.\nExcellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills in a matrix, multicultural environment.\nHigh eagerness to learn, grow, and build new capabilities in a fast-evolving People function, with clear ambition to become a future HR leader for Ericsson Global.\nIn addition, you have:\n3-5 years of People / HR professional, or People Manager preferably with business partnering experience at cross-regional or cross-country level.\nComfortable working closely with senior leaders, influencing decisions, and constructively challenging where needed.\nAble to work independently, take ownership, and proactively move topics forward without waiting for direction.\nGlobal mindset with the ability to collaborate across cultures; strong English communication skills, and capability to operate effectively.\nWhy join Ericsson?
