In this role, you will deliver efficient, compliant HR administration aligned with local regulations, while contributing to process and tool improvements, vendor and contract management, and broader People initiatives.\nYou will be part of the EMEA Performance & Transformation - Local Administration Services (LAS) & Risk Management organization and report to the Head of LAS, South Europe & Eurasia (SEE). Working within an international team, you will collaborate closely with local stakeholders to ensure smooth and legally compliant People operations.\nTo succeed in this role, you bring strong attention to detail, confidence working with data and numbers, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. A basic understanding of labor law and contractual topics is an advantage. The role involves close cooperation with Finance, Legal, external providers, and other People teams. You will be based in Budapest, Hungary or Belgrade, Serbia.\nYou will:\nSupport the execution of People policies and processes, with a focus on international mobility\nDeliver People services & support People Business Partners as necessary\nParticipate in projects around different People deliverables\nBe knowledgeable about and understand new legislation impacting People processes\nPerform administrative activities related to international mobility, reporting and employment\nManage the daily operation with our benefit partners\nSupport the People team with Purchase Orders related activities\nSupport the People Business Partners in all reporting & analytics tasks (HR controlling)\nBe the ‘first point of contact’ to our student agencies and university liasion\nTo be successful in the role you must have:\nA bachelor's degree in Economics, Human Resources, or other relevant fields\n3-5 years’ experience in HR / People admin or Payroll field, preferably in a multinational environment\nPresentation and communication skills\nProactive, positive mindset with a strong process improvement attitude\nAnalytical and problem-solving skills\nAbility to work with AI\nSkills in Microsoft Office\nProficiency in English and Hungarian/Serbian languages\nAdditional Requirements:\nWe believe this job will be successfully done by a person with uncompromised ethics, good organizational skills, and attention to detail.
