Reporting to the Head of Network Solutions, you will shape secure, scalable, and commercially compelling solutions with sales, product management, delivery teams, and customers.\nAs a trusted technical advisor, you will lead solution design, customer engagements, demonstrations, workshops, and proposals. A key focus will be Mission Critical Services, with strong expertise in MCPTT architecture, standards, service workflows, priorities, group communication, dispatching, control-room operations, field-user integration, and eMBMS for efficient group and broadcast communication.\nYou will support business growth while ensuring cross-domain alignment, delivery leadership, and effective risk management across a highly collaborative environment. Strong technical depth in MCPTT services, transport networking, and solution integration is essential\nWhat you will do:\nLead end-to-end solution architecture across application, transport, access, cloud, infrastructure, and core network domains.\nDesign and optimize solutions for scalability, resilience, service continuity, performance, and secure connectivity.\nAct as a trusted technical advisor in customer engagements, workshops, demonstrations, proposals, and executive discussions.\nDrive cross-functional and multi-vendor integration, ensuring interface alignment, interoperability, and end-to-end service assurance.\nCoordinate technical plans, dependencies, sequencing, risks, and mitigation actions across multiple domains.\nTranslate customer requirements and constraints into tailored, commercially compelling solutions while supporting business growth.\nThe skills you bring:\nStrong expertise in MCPTT architecture, standards, service workflows, priorities, group communication, dispatching, control-room operations, field-user integration, and mission-critical requirements.\nKnowledge of eMBMS for group and broadcast communication and network-efficiency optimization.\nStrong IP networking skills, including routing and switching, traffic engineering, QoS, redundancy, latency, isolation, backhaul, fronthaul, and secure transport architectures.\nUnderstanding of device ecosystems, provisioning, lifecycle management, MDM solutions, security enforcement, and application control.\nKnowledge of cloud and on-premises infrastructure, including compute, storage, networking, virtualization, containerization, orchestration, data centers, cabling, power, and connectivity.\nUnderstanding of BSS integrations such as Active Directory, billing, mediation, and provisioning, together with core-network domains including Packet Core, DNS, APN, and PCRF/QoS enforcement.\nAwareness of RAN dependencies and their impact on service performance and coverage, including satellite communication integration with terrestrial networks.\nStrong customer-facing communication, presentation, solution-justification, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.\nExperience designing and assessing complex, resilient, end-to-end mission-critical network solutions.\nExperience with testing and validation tools such as VIAVI and MiW, including KPI validation, performance verification, troubleshooting, and service-assurance methodologies.\nProven experience managing multi-vendor ecosystems involving application providers, device vendors, infrastructure suppliers, and testing-tool providers.\nExperience managing interdependencies between MCPTT, dispatching systems, MDM platforms, core and RAN domains, and testing and assurance tools.\nExperience leading technical planning, risk management, customized solution development, and delivery alignment across customer, vendor, and internal teams.\nExperience presenting complex technical solutions in a structured, clear, and business-oriented manner to stakeholders ranging from technical teams to executive management.\nWhy join Ericsson?
