You will work at the intersection of product strategy, technical delivery and Agile execution, ensuring that the right work is prioritized and delivered with the right quality, timing and cost.\nAs Product Owner, you will contribute to the product vision and roadmap, convert strategic priorities into an actionable team backlog, and guide the Agile Team through planning, refinement and delivery. You will act as the content authority for the team, helping ensure that delivered features and components maintain strong conceptual and technical integrity.\nThis is an opportunity to influence product direction while staying close to technical delivery. You will help teams focus on the work that matters most, strengthen delivery outcomes and contribute to infrastructure capabilities used in a global technology environment.\nWhat you will do\nCollaborate with Product Management on product vision, strategy and roadmap.\n\nMaximize the value delivered by the Agile Team by aligning the backlog with customer and stakeholder needs.\n\nManage and prioritize user stories, enabling stories, defects and maintenance work.\n\nLead iteration planning and backlog refinement with the Scrum Master and Agile Team.\n\nDefine acceptance criteria and the Definition of Done, and accept stories during team demos.\n\nPartner with System Architects and Product Management on capacity allocation and delivery planning per PI.\n\nIdentify and manage product-related risks, including security, asset management and data privacy.\n\nWork with Product Managers, architects, delivery leaders, Scrum Masters, Agile Teams and customers.\n\nParticipate in retrospectives and help drive continuous improvement.\n\nCoordinate with third-party vendors and suppliers, including deliverables, performance and service-level expectations.\n\nSupport software licensing, compliance, renewals, cost tracking and audit readiness.\n\nWhat you will bring\nUniversity degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.\n\nFive or more years of experience as a Product Owner, with knowledge of product management and the product development lifecycle.\n\nStrong understanding of Agile ways of working; experience with SAFe is highly valued.\n\nExperience with IT infrastructure, security, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP, and operating systems.\n\nUnderstanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.\n\nPractical experience managing a technical backlog in JIRA or a comparable tool.\n\nStrong stakeholder engagement, communication, presentation and leadership skills.\n\nGood understanding of budget planning, resource planning and delivery execution.\n\nA structured, proactive and meticulous approach to planning and problem solving.\n\nA collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across teams, cultures and disciplines.\n\nOpenness and adaptability when working in new areas and evolving ways of working.\n\nIt is a plus if you have\nSAFe Product Owner certification or equivalent experience.\n\nExperience with vendor management, procurement collaboration or third-party software licensing.\n\nExperience with infrastructure security, privacy, asset management or audit readiness.\n\nExperience using AI-assisted tools to improve requirements, planning, reporting or documentation.\n\nExposure to multicultural product-development or technology-delivery environments.\n\nWhat we provide:\nSalary package\nCafeteria fringe benefits (yearly amount of gross 840,000 HUF)\nAnnual bonus\nBenefits after life events (eg.: childbirth)\nOther\nEmployee Assistance Program\nLife and accident insurance\nWellbeing activities\nCompany share purchase plan\nReferral program\nAll You Can Move partner \nLearning & Development \nContinuous learning through trainings, workshops, and conferences\nInternal and external learning & development opportunities\nLanguage courses \nFacilities\nModern office in the 11th district\nHybrid working based on our current Home Office Policy\nLaptop and mobile phone\nFree parking in the secured company underground garage\nBicycle storage, showers and lockers \nAs this position is based in Budapest, we welcome applications until 31 October 2026 from candidates currently based in Budapest, Hungary, as well as who are open to relocating to Budapest for the role.\nWhy join Ericsson?
